Seher is one of India's premier Cultural Organisations. Seher has been synonymous with thoughtful and imaginative initiatives in the sphere of painting and sculpture, theatre and dance, music, crafts and weaves, literature and cinema.
Over the last decade SEHER has been instrumental in making the cultural profile of India by establishing several thematic annual festivals in public spaces, especially in heritage monuments and parks that form the Cultural calendar of India. Festivals like ASEAN - India Music Festival, Ananya Dance Festival at Purana Qila, Namaste France Craftsbazaar, Korea - India Artists Camp, Bhakti Utsav at Nehru Park, Qutub Festival at the majestic Qutub Minar, Harvest at Bharat Mandapam, Gurbani Festival at the Talkatora Gardens and the SAARC Bands Festival at the Central Park and the successsfully established Udaipur World Music Festival in Rajasthan which started in 2016, are now some of the most eagerly awaited annual events in the country. SEHER also started the annual Jazz Festival in Jaipur, Rajasthan - 'UNESCO Jaipur Jazz and Blues Festival' since 2020.

This year, we concluded the very successful 7th edition of the Udaipur World Music Festival which was held from 7-9 February, 2025, conceptualised and produced by SEHER. It is the first Festival dedicated to World Music in India organised in Udaipur - The City of Lakes in the state of Rajasthan. More than 150 artists from more than 15 different countries participated in this three day festival, which was attended by over 60,000 people in three days. The Festival proudly boasts to be the only Music Festival which showcases music according to the three moods of the day - Mornings at Manji Ka Ghat begins with serene meditative performances set against the scenic backdrop of City Palace, Jag Mandir, and the magic of the ghat. The afternoon stage at Fateh Sagar Paal offers a soothing blend of world music, with the venue being an ideal setting to unwind and immerse oneself in the tunes. As the sun sets, the festival reaches its crescendo at Gandhi Ground where electrifying performances provides a spectacular culmination to each day.
