I was a founding director of concert producer Serious, creating festivals like River of Music, Crossing The Border and the EFG London Jazz Festival. In lockdown, I realised that I wanted to pass the baton on to the great team at Serious, and stepped back to concentrate on festivals and environmental work.

I am producing the live film versions of David Attenborough's Ocean In Concert oceanconcert.live and the BBC Wild Isles Live tour. In July this year, we staged the first edition of Tapestry, a city-centre free festival in Southampton tapestryfestival.co.uk, I helped to reshape the ACC X Music Festival in Gwangju, Korea and created a programme around Sustainable Festivals. I'm the music programmer at the Norfolk & Norwich Festival in May 2026. I work internationally on strategy and mentoring with composers, musicians, venues and festivals and I'm collaborating with Soumik Datta and Ludovico Einaudi on their live work and strategy.
