Antwerp’s cult band Think of One is back.
Since the 1990s, they’ve roamed the globe — from Morocco to Brazil — and scooped up two BBC 3 World Music Awards along the way. Their shows, sometimes launched straight from a converted tour bus, were pure live combustion: rhythm, chaos, and joy in motion.
After years of silence, David Bovée, Tomas de Smet, and Roel Poriau reunited in 2023. Their comeback at De Roma sold out in no time — living proof that their fire still burns fierce. Now they’re forging the Borgerokko Beat — a raw collision of punk and shaâbi — while crafting their DIY album Helldriver, set for release in early 2026.
Think of One still blazes ahead: untamed, borderless, and unpolished — with an ear for the world and a heartbeat made for the stage. This is Antwerp shaâbi at its wildest and most electrifying.
