After playing electric bass in several bands across different genres, Lucas Guida made the decision that changed his life: to create his own project. A space to channel all his creativity, musicianship, study, and dedication.
The quartet was born from the desire to take the lead and showcase all the possibilities of the instrument. It’s formed by four outstanding musicians who use this laboratory project to test their own limits.
Alongside his musical brothers — Max Souza on drums, Luiz Henrique Andrès on keyboards, and Rafael Fortes on saxophone — Guida brings instrumental arrangements of bold compositions and reinterpretations of classics from Brazilian and international music, as well as original pieces.
From Nico Assumpção to Jaco Pastorius, passing through Chick Corea and Milton Nascimento, the instruments are pushed to their limits, delivering a spectacle of musicianship, improvisation, creativity, and emotion.
