Lamenta is an album inspired by the instrumental and vocal traditions of Epirus, in Greece.
From the traditional lament (moiroloi), vocal on in clarinet (ft. the legendary epirus clarinetist Nikos Filippidis) and songs of exile this album goes to world jazz and post rock experiences. The great jazzman Magic Malik with his flute and voice is featuring, along with 15 reknown greek musicians.
