The WOMEX Conference Programme is dedicated to supporting music professionals by fostering connections, collaboration, and the exchange of knowledge across the global music community. Through open dialogue and shared expertise, a diverse range of speakers and themes offer valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities shaping today’s music landscape.

The Programme features Jury selected Conference and Mentoring Sessions, as well as Networking Sessions and Associated Presentations.

The WOMEX Conference Programme is shaped each year through an open call for proposals. Our independent, international Jury selects the programme, featuring a dynamic mix of seasoned experts and emerging voices from across the global music industry. Throughout the WOMEX days, the Conference Sessions are your chance to gather valuable insights, find fresh inspiration, and meet like-minded music professionals.

Whether you're eager to engage in thought-provoking discussions, expand your knowledge, or connect with a specific community, our diverse session formats offer something for everyone and invite active participation.

Come with your questions, share your ideas, and gain valuable insights in a focused 60-minute Roundtable Mentoring Session, guided by mentors selected by our international Jury. These intimate conversations offer a unique opportunity to explore global music markets and receive personalised career advice in an open, interactive setting.

Please note spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To join a mentoring session, use the sign-up link found on the mentoring event pages.
