At just 30, bassist Camila Rocha stands out in the Minas Gerais music scene and has received several awards, including the BDMG Instrumental Award (2023) and 1st place in the BNDES Musical Performances Contest – New Talents category (2023). In the same year, she released her debut EP Rama, with a launch concert in Rio de Janeiro. With her solo project, she has performed on key stages of Brazilian instrumental music, such as Instrumental SESC Brasil and Savassi Festival. A graduate in Popular Music from UFMG, Camila has played with renowned artists like Alceu Valença, Mônica Salmaso, Toninho Horta, and recorded bass on over 20 albums, including Valencianas II: Ao Vivo em Portugal (2022), by Alceu Valença and OOP orchestra; Prece (2024), by Luiza Brina; and Piramba (2019), by Davi Fonseca. Camila presents a show centered on female protagonism, inviting the audience to enjoy a repertoire of Brazilian Instrumental Music and Contemporary Jazz, featuring captivating melodies and arrangements that both engage and surprise. In addition to her own compositions, the setlist includes arrangements of songs by artists such as Tânia Maria, Eliane Elias, and Joyce Moreno.
